These Special Terms and Conditions apply to orders of the Glissopipe instrument. They form an amendment to Glissonic’s General Terms and Conditions, available at glissonic.com/general-terms-and-conditions.
In case of contradiction, these Special Terms prevail.
The company details remain the same as in the General Terms.

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 Where to Order
During the Kickstarter campaign, the Glissopipe may only be ordered through the official Kickstarter page.
After the campaign, the Glissopipe can also be ordered directly at glissopipe.com.
2.2 Nature of Kickstarter Pledges
Kickstarter orders are treated as pledges supporting a new product launch.
They will be fulfilled as product purchases, and invoices will be issued.
Certain rights (such as product guarantees) may not apply to Kickstarter pledges, unless required by law.
2.3 Price and Payment
The current net purchase price of the Products can be found on the Website (glissopipe.com).
Payments are due in full at the time of order. No advance or partial payments are accepted.
Payments are processed via Stripe:
via Kickstarter during the campaign,
via glissopipe.com afterwards.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the Glissopipe depend on the Customer’s location and will be communicated before the purchase is finalized.
3.2 Delivery Time
If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 30 days of payment.
If not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the Website or communicated via email.
3.3 Shipping Notification
Glissonic or its delivery partner will notify the Customer of the despatch date and provide a tracking link.
4. Guarantee and Wear-and-Tear
4.1 Guarantee Period
The Glissopipe is covered by a 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery for all purchases made via glissopipe.com or any other regular sales channel.
Kickstarter pledges may not be covered by this guarantee, unless required by applicable law.
4.2 Instrument Construction
The Glissopipe consists of three main parts: the instrument head, the body, and the magnetic strip with a rubber ring.
These may be mounted and dismounted.
If a part comes off but can be mounted back, this does not constitute a product failure.
Glissonic will provide instructions on how to mount the instrument or replace the magnetic strip if necessary.
4.3 Wear-and-Tear Parts
The magnetic strip and the ribbon band are considered wear-and-tear parts, similar to guitar strings.
Their lifespan depends on usage intensity and care.
As the Glissopipe is a new product, no precise durability data is available. Current estimates range between 2 months and 2 years.
